ABOUT JACK

Hey! I'm Jacquelyn, but most people call me Jack.

I have had a passion for being in the kitchen since I was a little girl. To this day, I still have the tiny rolling pin my mom gave me when I was five years old so I could roll out my Christmas cookies on my own. Some part of me knew, even then, that baking is what I was meant to do. In high school, I attended the Bay Arenac ISD Career Center for the Culinary Arts, Tourism, and Hospitality class for my junior and senior years and it was there my future in the kitchen was solidified.

From there it was only natural that I followed my dreams and attend college at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. There I obtained my associates degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, as well as a bachelors degree in Food Business Management.

It has always been my ultimate goal to own my own business, and there is no better place to start than in my hometown.
